Netbook Reflection

Having a netbook helps me do my school work easier and I always use a writing template for my writing it makes it so easier, I also do reading activates to help my comprehending and I also do inquiry presentations. My netbook helps in many ways. Having a net book is easier for me to learn because I learnt how to go on our class site if we were stuck. I use my netbook to search for information that needed. I have been learning my key competencies by thinking and relating to each other so as i'm managing myself. I have helped other students in my class and asked them if they needed help with their work by learn creating and sharing my work onto my blog so that other people would read and leave there comments. I reckon that it is betteer to use my netbook rather than using pencil and paper, because people around the world can see our work.

Introduction

Hi my name is Jezebel. I am 11 years old I go to Glenbrae school I am a Niuean I was born in Auckland  hospital I have two sisters and two brothers I am the fourth olds in my family I was adopted two my Aunty which is my mum’s sister I live in a two story house in New Zealand.

My family

I have five step sisters and one step mother followed by a step dad. I have a best aunty and uncle they are married and they help me alot.

School life

I go to Glenbrae School I am in Room 10 my wonderful teacher name is and Mrs Silva. These are my best friend first is Edwina then Laite and then Keti

My hopes/ dreams

My dream is to be a singer when I grow up and to be a netball player and also to go to university and study about being a singer and netball player then finding a job for myself.

WHY ARE PEOPLE BEING RACIST?

other people’s feelings and it should stop because it is a mean word to say.And I want it to stop because all people should be treated equally the same.

In  addition, hating people because of their colour is wrong and it doesn't matter what colour does the hating.  It’s just plain wrong.

Furthermore, racism hurts people's feelings because no matter what color you are black or white, at the end of the day we a all human being.

In New zealand there are many  people being racist to brown or black people. As soon as I heard there were people starting to be racist I was so worried about it. There are too many people being racist and hurting others feelings.

First of all I believe racism needs to stop, because it hurts ing in a world free from racism. Everyone will be living in harmony.

Hoilday Recont!!!

Yes! I said me and my family going to the movies to watch despicable me two monster universiteit.

It was so exciting because me and my cousins were run around as we were animals it was so tiring that I just wanted to die.

Then my mum went to go and brought seven tickets for each of us we started to walk in the movies we  for our spare seat for us to sit on.

As soon we found a seat me and my cousins raced across the movies as fast as like a little rats.

Then the movie started! I  felt so delighted that I wanted to jump up and down I laughed and giggled like a monkey.

It was just a lovely movie to watch that was the best night ever.

MY SCARY STORY!!!!!

It was a cold haunted place me and my sister went down the stairs we heard something that sounded like it was someone who was talking to us. My sister whispered in my ear she told me the sounded was coming from the back door.She shouted Rrrrrrrrr help there is some one down stairs.Then my aunt and uncle came to visit us but my mum and dad was not there we hard a big knock on the front door we went down stairs and went to the door and asked who is it I opened the door quickly and told my aunt that it is only me and my sister home they asked us where did your mum and dad go to? I said I don't know! because me and my sister was slepping when we woke up they were gone.As soon my anty and ancaly left my mum and dad came home we hard another nock on the back we ran as fast as like go to kidnap us we went to the door and said who is it my mum said it me your mum and dad! we opened the door and asked my mum and dad where did you guys go they said we went to the shop to go and buy your lunch for school tomorow and to buy your

The amazing football sesson ever

Yay! We are going to play football on the school court.

Ben told us that "we don't use our skills!”we did a warm up game of octopus. There were three taggers prepared .Ben told us "Well he go and take the school keys to the office we can play a game of octopus ok".We got into four groups! the colors of the groups  were yellow,blue,red,and now bibs.Then Ben came back we had to get into a game of football. Ben threw the ball high as a person that kicks a soccer ball. I was scared of the ball but I still participate in the game it was so hot as the sun was burning.

Title:How to make a cup of milo

Today room 10 went to the court to play football we learnt how to juggle the ball and then we had two game of football each of the team was called outlaws and bulldogs and the bulldogs was the first  team to get the first try.

To day I went on maths wizz I learnt my tree time table
I am very happy that I leant some thing today I in prove in my maths and I did my two time table and five time table I like maths wizz.

NETBALL SESSION

Today room 10 went to the netball court to play netball when we got there I saw a lady and her name is jenny she told us to run around the court for our warm up.When we finished our warm up we had to get into 2 groups.Then we got into a game of netball jenny gave each of us a number I was number 1 our group is called bulldog I was so worried that I couldn't get the ball thrown the hope very good.At last were at the end of our game we played the last game for the

finely game and the bulldog WON we were so happy that we won for the game.I really enjoyed myself I had fun it was so hot.  

Creature at Camp Creepy

Today I was reading a story call Creature at Cap Creepy written by Jen Storer and Illustrations by Tom Kurema. I did all the activity. I had some question right and some wrong. I am happy the I was improving.

Maths Magician

Today I was on Maths Magician. I was working on my 3 time table. I got 28 second and 100%.  I am proud of myself because I am improving.

Star dome stroy

Last Thursday room7 and ten went on a green bus to visit Stardome.At stardom I  learned about what happened in space. When we got there, we had to line up into our groups. I was in Taloula dad’s group. When I first saw Taloula's dad he just looked like Michael Jackson because he was wearing a hat like the famous singer . The first place we went was a big theatre. In the theatre I was sitting next to Te Puawai and Taoula.While I was listening and watching the films about space astronauts and constellations,I saw an astronaut brushing his teeth. While I was watching the pictures looked like it was real and it was 3D .I really enjoyed myself because I learnt that when an astronauts brushes their teeth they have to drink the water.

My Holiday Recount

Something sad happened in the holidays. My dear Grandpa Pulehetoa

he wears glasses he wore the hospital clothes. Became very sick and had to be rushed in an ambulance to the hospital. Wooh! wooh! wooh! wooh the siren screeched down the quiet street. We were very worried for him.

One nice sunny day me and my family went to visit my grandpa in hospital. My heart was heavy with sadness was i saw him lying on the cozy bed. He look tired and spoke very slowly. We took him some treats of taro and corned beef so that he could have a break from hospital food. After a while we got ready to go home. On the way home we stopped at the shop to buy some dinner, fried rice was our first choice  and the flavoured rice was like a taste explosion in my mouth YUM! Then we also bought my lunch for school which was opening the next day.  I couldn’t wait to see my friends again and work on my netbook.

Swimming

 Today room7 went down to the pools when we got there we had to get change after we got change we had to get into to a line.Then we got into to the pool we when we got into the pool there were instructor and they put us in to a group I was in group 3 and the man that was in my group his name is called José and josh gave each of us a swimming board.
